How It Works
I prepare all documentation. You review, provide feedback and we refine together. Everything is uploaded to your personal client portal after every session - organised, centralised and easy to follow. You focus on the thinking. I handle the paperwork.
Step One — Know Yourself Before we meet, you complete three assessments and a detailed questionnaire. You upload your resume and LinkedIn profile link and provide information on any awards, industry associations, published papers, conferences attended and relevant professional events, everything that reflects the full breadth of who you are professionally.
I review everything thoroughly before our first session and draft your Ideal Career Brief™ a clear picture of who you are, what energises you and what aligned work looks like for you. You arrive to our first session already deeply understood. Nothing gets missed.
Step Two — Reclaim Your Value We review your results together - how you work best, what you deliver and who for. I unpack your Signature IP and create a custom visual model that clearly communicates your innate value. Your Ideal Career Brief™ is finalised incorporating your Signature IP frameworks. This is where confidence breaks open.
Step Three — Build Your Strategy I build your custom strategy and implementation plan based on everything we have uncovered together. You receive it before our session, review it and we work through it together. Specific, sequenced and entirely yours.
Step Four — Bring It All Together We review everything, answer every question and make sure you leave with complete clarity and confidence about what comes next. Your portal remains your centralised reference point long after the programme ends.
