WHO I AM

I am a systems thinker, a strategic researcher and a career strategist who has spent years inside the complexity of large-scale infrastructure and inside the complexity of a real woman's real life.

My early career was built in design and strategic planning, where I learned to hold the full picture while resolving every detail within it. That discipline took me into some of the most significant infrastructure projects in Australia.

The North West Rail Link. Sydney Metro. The Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.

For the Olympics, I led the development of the Venue Affinity Diagram — a complete systems map integrating every function across every competition and non-competition venue. More than 100 venues. Every seat resolved for sightlines and ticketing. The International Olympic Committee purchased that document to inform future Games planning.

I say this not to impress you. I say it because the same discipline - the ability to map a complex system, find where it is failing the people inside it, and build a strategy to win within it, is exactly what I bring to the women I work with.

A career is a system. So is the hiring market. I know first hand how to support the woman navigating them.

WHY I DO THIS

I have not studied the professional experience from the outside. I have lived every version of it from the inside.

Employment inside large organisations where the politics were as complex as the projects. Contracting, where you are only as valuable as your last engagement. Consulting, where you have to earn the room before you can change it. Toxic environments that cost more than they gave. A career gap the market did not hold space for. Building two businesses from the ground up.

I know what each of those situations costs. Not theoretically. In real time, with real consequences.

The deepest moment came when my partner was gravely injured and my daughter came close to losing her life. I spent months inside adult and children's intensive care units and more than two years across hospitals and rehabilitation facilities.

I heard the helicopter coming in and knew, every time, that another person's life was about to change forever. I sat with parents who lost their children. People who ran out of time. People who did not get a second chance.

That changes you in ways that are impossible to fully articulate.

In the years that followed, I raised three children on my own, championed their futures alongside rebuilding my own. Every one of them is now a thriving adult, headhunted, building careers on their own terms.

What I carry from that time is something I cannot unknow.

You get one life.

So when I work with a woman who is capable, experienced and ready for something more - I do not see a career problem. I see a life waiting to be fully lived. I see someone who deserves better and has not yet had the strategy or the support to claim it.

I want the best for every woman I work with. The same way I want it for my children, my friends, my family. Because thriving is not a luxury. It is what this one life is for.
