Career Clarity for Young Adults
Helping young adults start strong and stay ahead.
The early 20s can feel overwhelming. University, first jobs, or unexpected detours — it’s easy to feel lost about what comes next. Many parents reach out wanting to help their child, but aren’t sure where to start.
This is where I step in. I work with young adults to simplify the career conversation, uncover their strengths, and build confidence in their next step. The process is practical, encouraging, and tailored to the individual.
What We Cover
Strengths & Interests – Clarifying what they’re good at and what energises them.
Career Pathways – Exploring options that align with their personality, skills, and values.
Building Confidence – Learning how to talk about their abilities in interviews and networking conversations.
Next Steps Plan – A simple, actionable plan that creates momentum and focus.
Positioning for Progression – If you’re just starting out, we’ll explore how to position yourself for greater opportunities, career growth, and future progression.
How It Works
Sessions are designed to empower the young adult, while parents can initiate the process.
Each program is personalised — whether they’re finishing university, starting your first full time work role, rethinking study, or stepping out of casual work.
The goal is clarity, confidence, and direction.
Why Parents Choose This Support
Provides independent, expert guidance (without the pressure of “parent advice”).
Equips young adults with tools they can use for years, not just their first job.
Builds self-belief and helps them transition into adulthood with a focused approach.
Getting Started
To begin the Career Clarity for Young Adults program, we start with a complimentary 30-minute call. This is a chance to understand where support is most needed and for you (or your young adult) to share current challenges and goals.
During the call, we’ll explore what’s going on right now and discuss the different ways I can provide tailored support - whether it’s identifying strengths, exploring career pathways, or building confidence in next steps.
The focus is always on creating clarity and ensuring the support feels aligned.
